Bartosz Majerski

Education and qualifications

Attorney, graduated in law at the Jagiellonian University (thesis “Holding in Community law” at the Chair of European Law) and Postgraduate Studies in Public Procurement Law at the Warsaw School of Economics (thesis “Fixed remuneration in contracts for construction works”). His professional career began during his studies at the renowned law firm in Krakow.  He also cooperated with one of the implementing bodies within the framework of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment, where he was responsible for monitoring compliance with public procurement law by the beneficiaries of the program.

Specializations

  • advises the contractor and the contracting party on matters relating to public procurement law
  • carries out complex litigation for companies in the TSL industry
  • prepares and evaluates contracts in economic activity
  • advises beneficiaries and managing authorities in the use of EU funds

Awards, certificates and successes

In 2010 he was included on the list of experts of the Ministry of Economy in the area of public procurement law. Lecturer on postgraduate studies “Public Procurement” organized by the Centre for Training and Organization of Quality Systems at the Technical University of Cracow.). He is the author of articles in the trade press (“Zamówienia Pubiczne – Doradca”, Gazeta Prawna”,  “Transport Manager “and “TSL Business”).

Privately

He enjoys off-piste skiing and climbing.
