Education and qualifications

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University.

Specializations

From the beginning of his professional practice, he directed his development and specialization in the field of legal services for companies from the transport industry. In cooperation with the Polish Heavy Transport Association in 2009-2011 he shared his experience in working the group at the Ministry of Transportation regarding heavy haulage rules in the Road Transport Act in the scope of amendment of the provisions on the passage of non-normative vehicles.

Since March 2014, he has been the president of the board of OSPTN. In the years 2016-2018 he was the Transport Section Executive at ESTA Europe (the European Association for Non-Normative Transport), then assuming the position of ESTA Europe Board Member in 2019.

Awards, certificates and successes

Winner of the prestigious competition “Rising Stars Lawyers – leaders of tomorrow 2015”. He is a recognized expert in the field of transport, forwarding and compensation, multiple speaker at major Transport Spedition Logistic (TSL) conferences in Poland. He is the author of dozens of studies, publications and innovative analysis.
