Education and qualifications

Attorney at law, graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University (master’s exam in Department of Civil Law) and the Faculty of International and Political Studies at the Jagiellonian University (European Studies). At present, she is PhD student.

Specializations

• gives critical opinions on insurance policies and general insurance conditions, including carrier liability insurance, freight forwarder liability insurance, business liability and corporate liability insurance, trade credit insurance
• prepares drafts and gives opinions for agreements in economic relations
• takes part in legal proceedings concerning compensations
• advises at the stage of obtaining financing from EU funds, in particular as regards determination of the status of SME

Awards, certificates and successes

She focuses her scientific and professional interests on the commercial insurance law. She is the co-author of the book “Insurance in transport” and the author of the chapter „The legal nature of the notice of the insurer about the accident” in the monograph „Information in the commercial insurance law”. She is also the author of articles in professional journals (“TSL Biznes”, “Builder”, portal etransport.pl) and legal magazines. She participates in conferences and gives papers concerning issues of contract law and insurance law. She gives lectures on commercial law for postgraduate students.

She likes classical crime stories and non-fiction.
